Ideal for on-demand printing. With Digital Print, there is no set-up required and no need for the creation of plates or screens. Digital Printing therefore offers fast-turnaround times and supports last-minute changes.

Digital print, is a significantly more sustainable label printing solution. It reduces waste by eliminating the necessity of plates and cylinders.
There is no minimum quantity order, meaning that you can order exactly what you need and when you need it.
Digital print reduces 90% of the analogue equivalent media set- up waste. Cutting 20% of the carbon footprint of the printed job.

HP Indigo is compatible with the broadest gamut of substrates, including coated, uncoated, synthetic, metallized and coloured media, as well sustainable options such as biodegradable and compostable films. Digital print can handle these substrates without the need to change plates or screens.

We utilise a standard flexographic head. It operates by using a variety of anilox to lay down required ink layers. We use Flexographic technology for printing varnishes, tax stamp and special inks.

A fast, automatic, screen printing unit; used for printing tactile varnishes which add a raised feel to the labels. We can also use this technology to add HI Gloss to an area on the label which doesn’t require the tactile feel.

We use a ‘Big Foot’ unit for enhanced embossing and debossing.
Embossing introduces a raised element that highlights specific areas or design features of the label.
In contrast, Debossing creates a stamped effect, imparting an old typewriter-style imprint to the label.

Foiling introduces striking visual elements to the design, with customers frequently incorporating it into their brand names.
Foiling can also serve as a drop shadow or keyline for text, enhancing the label.
We offer foiling in a variety of colours and finishes, including both Matte and Gloss options.

Laminating provides a far more robust finish to a label. Its used when the label needs to be protected from the contents of the bottle.
